Before contacting us with a request for a return or credit, please review our policies below. 

Returning website purchases by mail:

To return your website purchase, please follow the steps below:

1. Write a note or letter containing the following information:
   • Name, address, daytime phone number.
   • Photocopy of the invoice (keep original for your records). Reimbursement will be in the same method as initial payment. Note: If you do not provide a photocopy of the invoice, a merchandise credit will be issued for the last-marked selling price.
   • Let us know if you want to return or exchange the item(s), and the reason why.
2. Package the merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.
3. Mail the package back, insured mail, to the address below.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Orders are processed upon receipt of funds when you pay by check or PayPal.

Sales Tax

Mountain Gear Now charges 7% sales tax for all orders shipped to Mississippi, United States. Orders shipped outside of Mississippi do not incur sales tax.
